<h2>1. Introduction</h2>
<p>Welcome to the gogoChina App (hereinafter referred to as the &quot;App&quot;). By using the App, you agree
    to these terms and conditions (&quot;Terms&quot;). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the
    App.</p>
<h2>2. Eligibility</h2>
<p>You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of
    majority as defined by applicable law), you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or
    legal guardian.</p>
<h2>3. User Account</h2>
<ul>
    <li>To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining
        the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your
        account.</li>
    <li>Your account is unique and personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of
        your account and password and for restricting access to your account and password.</li>
    <li>You have the ability to delete your account. You understand that once your account is deleted, you
        will lose the right to access or use all or part of the platform.</li>
    <li>We reserve the right to disable, suspend, or terminate your account at any time at our sole
        discretion for any reason, particularly if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.</li>

<h2>4. Code of Conduct</h2>
<p>While using the App, you agree:</p>
<ul>
    <li>Not to post any illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, false, or misleading content.</li>
    <li>Not to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App, including but not limited to
        spreading viruses, hacking, or engaging in malicious activities.</li>
    <li>To respect the privacy and rights of other users and refrain from harassment, abuse, or threats.</li>
    <li>To comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws.</li>

<h2>5. Content and Usage Rules</h2>
<ul>
    <li>User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post (including text,
        images, etc.) in forums or other features. You grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide,
        royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of
        providing the service.</li>
    <li>App Content: All content provided by the App (excluding user-generated content) is protected by
        copyright, trademark, or other laws and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used for
        commercial purposes without permission.</li>
    <li>If you believe that any content uploaded by the Platform infringes your legitimate rights and
        interests, please send us a notice in accordance with the applicable rules of the Platform. If we
        receive a notice of alleged infringement regarding content uploaded by you, in order to protect
        the intellectual property rights of the legitimate owner, we may remove the allegedly infringing
        content at our discretion and notify you as soon as possible so that you can work out a solution
        together with the legitimate owner. You may send us a counter-notice; but this will not affect the
        measures we will take/have taken on our own.</li>

<h2>6. Disclaimer</h2>
<ul>
    <li>The information and content provided by the App are offered &quot;as is&quot; without warranties of
        accuracy, completeness, or suitability.</li>
    <li>The App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses (including data loss, device damage,
        etc.) resulting from the use of the App.</li>
    <li>The App is not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party websites, links, or
        services.</li>
</ul>
<h2>7. Termination of Service</h2>
<p>If we determine that you have violated these Terms, or if the App believes your actions may cause
    harm to other users or the App, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or your
    access to the App at any time.</p>
<h2>8. Modification of Terms</h2>
<p>The App reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be published
    within the App and will take effect from the date of publication.</p>
<h2>9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution</h2>
<p>These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People&#39;s Republic of China.</p>
